ATI Radeon HD3650 256MB or Radeon ATI HD 2600 XT 256MB ?
3xxx series, hands down. Go to gpureview.com and click on "compare cards" on the left. Then use the drop down menus to select the cards you're comparing. You'll see the 3xxx series are much better than the 2xxx series when comparing numbers to price.
