Is shoe weight the weight of both shoes or just one?

It is the weight of just one shoe. But that weight is probably for a default size so it might be a little heavier or a little lighter depending on the size of your shoe. Also i have had a pair of the Megabounces and it is a heavier shoe due to all of the "bounce" material on the heel of the shoe.
