Good lobster/tuna fishins in runescape?

Lately I've been fishing trout/salmon but I figure I could get exp a lot faster fishing lobsters and/or tuna. So my question is, are there any decent tuna/lobster spots reasonably close to a bank for free players? (I.e., other than karamja)
