Positive lab test. need help with this?

IgM is a cold reacting antibody. It's nothing unless you need a blood transfusion and even then it's considered insignificant. The IgG antibodies are the ones you need to worry about. Some are very nasty and can hemolyze (burst) your red cells. You don't have IgG's so you're fine. Don't worry about it.
