Is my workout working?

So I started working out at the start of this semester and barring homework and studying I get to the gym as much as possible to keep my workout. I am wondering if what I'm doing is getting the job done and if i should change anything. Following each workout I mix 20 ounces of water with monster milk. (all workouts are 3 sets of 10). So one day is Upper body. I bench then i incline bench followed by declined bench. I havn't really been able to up my weight on them tho. Then I do curls, followed by taking two weights one in each hand and extending my arms out to the sides coming back to the hip then lifting them straight outward to shoulder level Im not sure the name for these. Next I curl with from a seat and the pad in front of me using a barbell and some plates on the sides (not the large 45lb barbell). I then do short curls with my elbow on the pad rolling the weight to my fingers to work on my forearms. I work my triceps by lifting a weight behind my head, then hammer curls, and rope pull downs for my triceps. I sometimes do flies, and military press with free weights. I also do shrugs. The next day is back and i do shrugs, lat pull downs, upright rows, deadlifts, seated rows, one arm dumbbell rows, t-bar rows, and rope pull downs. The next day is legs; leg press, squats, whatever the opposite of extension are when you're on your stomach on the machine and curl your legs up, then lunges then i run stairs. After most of my workouts i try and run stairs as well as doing ab workouts. I'm just curious if i am going about this the right way. I'm trying to get stronger, gain weight and m to play hockey come june. Also how often should i up weight for workouts?

Does too much time indoors make you sick?

I've recently had ACL surgery and I've been layed up inside for almost a week. I noticed I feel nauseous and have headaches frequently. I don't have the flu. I also noticed that when I open the door and spend a few minutes breathing outside air- or when a friend brings me somewhere, I feel better. Why? Is this related to being inside too much? I bought a welsh pony last fall and he was halter broke and that is it. He was a stallion but I just had him castorated a couple of days ago. I would like to know if wearing suncreen stops you from tanning. At the moment, i don't wear any and can go for about 45 mins in the New Zealand sun without burning, and i get a tan relatively fast (im fairly pale). I know this sounds stupid, but I cannot stand to read about Faeries, (Feary, Fairy, Fairie…), see what I mean? Why does my puppy poop so much?

very good, but after one read its seems more descriptive of her environment than of her character and when you have to start talking abt her character with "julia was an intuitive girl...." it seems very blunt and in complete contrast to the description of her environment which flows like water. you are very good at description of the surroundings, use that to bring out the character. the character development seems very blocky, merge it with the rest of the text. when u describe the gr or the bushes bring out her thoughts abt how she believes there are secrets hidden behind them, in them/it and how when the wind blew she wanted to follow it to see where it went to see perchance where it began,< this is just a crude example to describe her curious character, her determination, start it off smoothly, ease into the character. This weekend my wife and i decided to go to the cinema. As usual my wife took an age to get ready and we were late setting of for the cinema. I think my husband is controlling in a way. If I invite him out to do something with me and friends he will say No that he doesn't want to go but when I get back he will be pouty and not speak with me and be upset. I will ask what's wrong and he will ignore me or turn over. This is a constant. I have told him to stop doing this but it continues. I am not without my flaws either and I own them if he tells me I did something that was outrageous or crazy and try to correct that. The issue is that I feel he doesn't do the same thing. If I call him out on something there is an excuse or he will get upset with me and yell and walk away. If he does something I feel is mean I tell him and he says I make him do those things or he does it because of x, y, z... never "I am sorry I will try to work on that." I can tell you everything you want to know about CCT and Pararescue. Controllers and PJ's are special tactics and they are starting to let TACP into the special operation community. Controllers are air traffic controllers who are JTAC which means they call in close air support and PJ's are paramedics; they both go through some of the hardest training the military has to offer and takes close to 2 years or more. We do all the cool guy stuff like HALO and Combat Dive.These 2 career fields have a high wash out rate. I was 1 of 8 to make it out of 39 trainees. TACP is pretty much a controller with out the cool guy stuff and they are not ATC qualified, Anthe training is a lot less time. They are JTAC attached to Army units and can go through Ranger and Airborne school. Security forces is your Military Police, but I believe the 820th is the high speed Security forces unit. It would be difficult to go to school while being in special tactics. Make sure you get the job you want before boot camp and get a contract for that job or they will try and stick you in some BS job during boot camp.

It was my first time and only time so far at a theme park when I went to Six Flags, so could it have been just a first time theme park visit thing? I graduate high school next week and nothing has changed. I still have no one to talk to and no one to hang out with. Every weekend consists of me being in my room on the computer. The house i live in has an unmotivational atmosphere, no one does anything but sleep and eat. I don't have anyone to hang out with for some reason. I guess im not a likable person, no matter how i tried to be annoyingly perky or social it just didn't work, i've never been a people person or charismatic so whenever i talked to people it just came off awkward, PLUS I NEVER GET THE **** OUT OF MY HOUSE SO MY PEOPLE SKILLS SUCK ANYWAY!. i`m schizophrenic. official diagnose is F20.2 or 1. at first it was the first one in the mental health centre (the paranoid one), because i told my doc that all this thing almost feels like a sound in my head. She understood, that i`m hearing voices. But i havent heard any voice or havent seen anything unreal, atleast i think so. Second doc diagnosed me with the disorganised type of illness -20.2 i guess, cant remember which is which. So it basically feels like i have been living without myself like for 2 - 3 years or even more. it feels something is just not right constantly. it makes me to sweat, my heartbeat is enermously fast to even some pain at region of my heart. i don`t feel myself thinking and i`m not aware fully. Everything just is. there is no life in me. thats the way it feels. i don`t move forward freely, i just somehow am. Terrible ****, for real. I`m the strong one, i guess, cause i find no big point now move to someone and start to tell how i feel, life has to be changed and thats all. So yeah, cryed a little bit there little higher. So i have been on 100mg of quetiapinium a day from this august. Like a month ago this disturbance started to lessen and basically i feel more free and can basically hold a job now. 6 days for 12 hours a day. not a very big problem actually. Of course i have to play an idiot in work, because when says me something, i cant get what i am told with the first time. So basically like a month ago everything just became like a little bit slower around me so i can again use some objects, pc n stuff. situation is not so crazy inside of me. And it basically gets better with every day by every pill now. i guess it actually is some disorganisation - as it lessens, the more organization there is :). and the lower it gets, the more comfortable u feel, just like an unclean room. So doc said that by these pills the illness will be if not fully stopped, then maximaly minimised. Not english, just trying to use words that pop up. hope u get the idea. So i would like to hear your thoughts. Can i get to a point where i basically i dont feel this thing anymore and finally start to move like myself ? or will it always be here at some feeling-level ? am graduating this year and am still working at finding a college. I want to go into video game animation or design and have been trying to research schools. With all my Research the only schools i have been able to find are more vocational schools like the art institute or ITT tech. Add Darksteel Juggernaut to your deck, he is a monster. Myr reservoir is very good. A really good card to add to your artifact deck is Semblance Anvil, if you imprint an artifact on it, it reduces the cost of all artifacts you play by 2.

So I just got accepted to UCF and was going to major in journalism. Then I read Newsweek(daily beast) article on the top 20 useless degree, and guess which degree ranked at #1. yup journalism. So to save myself from potential failure, i want to switch my major. My dream job was being a editor/writer for entertainment magazine or website such as Complex or RollingStone. But I also love filming stuff with my canon t2i. So a few things ran by me such as Film or Radio/Television.. I talked to my advisor at my local campus and he gave me a number to call about switching. While on the elevator ride a man walks in(possibly a teacher or advisor/counselor). He sees my paperwork and congrats me on graduating from the 2yr CC I was at. Then ask me what im majoring in and i told him it was journalism but I wanted to change it and gave the reasons why. I told him i wasn't sure what i wanted to take. He sized me up and said take Interpersonal & Organizational Communication. He said its a good major. I've never herd of it but after research it looks like something I would like to do. Druid. You can always buy skills later, though you won't get as many or as nice ones. Looks can be deceiving. Maybe the gray plate armor looks good for awhile, but in time you want to see cool druidic robes. Healing is more fundamentally satisfying than combat on some more basic level. Beware though. The game can freeze a lot and be really slow and become unplayable because it freezes in the middle of a fight so you have no opportunity to flee or heal yourself. Drive you up a wall and you have to quit if your web browser is inadequate, older, slower version. Now if you'll excuse me I have to shine my thick nerd gles and play chess with my cat. Ruy Lopez.

I used to have a few friends in junior high, but I grew up and began sort of "finding myself". My old "friends" didn't like the new me, and we grew apart. Only one girl sticked, and she became my best friend. Now, during summer, we don't talk at all, and if we do, she ditches me at the last minute. (I don't know if it's on purpose). Her bff from another junior high is going to our high school, and that makes me sure that we won't be as close. So, I'm basically alone. This summer I've been very depressed. I spend all day home alone waiting for my phone to ring. Literally. I want to go back to school as a confident, less awkward person who can easily make friends like I used to! Thursday April 10, 2008 I had this warm red thing on the side of my cheek and neck. By Monday, this "acne-like" rash traversed to my forehead and left side of my face and neck. I thought it was a bad rash and I went to three different doctors, who 2/3 said it was acne. I've had acne before, but it was NEVER this severe. At most, as an adult, I would get two or three pimples at a time. I realized that the only thing that has changed is that we have been using 409 at work. I know that everyone around me was disinfecting their desk with 409 right before my skin irritation started. Then on Saturday, I rewiped my entire desk with 409 kitchen cleaner, and then my chest and my arms and legs (and excuse me) my behind started developping more of a reaction. I went to Urgent Care yesterday and they stopped my "minocycline" medication and recommended benadryl and another prescription steroid. Any one else suffering from 409 allergies? we used the 409 antibacterial kitchen all purpose cleaner.
