Sweet 16 Dress??????

I'm going to see a comedian with 13 of my best friends (girls and guys) and im looking for a reasonably priced dress to wear! its semi formal because we are going to a fancy restaurant afterwards. I'm looking for something black, on the shorter side and it can be strapless or sleeveless because its towards the end of april and it will be warmer! help?!
