I'm just curious as to about how long this guy I know could be in jail for it's in Pa.?

One key point you left out is his age, if he is considered an adult then he is looking at some serious prison time. His best possible option is a plea bargain with the states attorney where he pleads guilty for a lesser included and the felonies dismissed. If he has an attorney the attorney can probably get it reduced and he will serve probation instead of prison. If he is a minor then it would all be totally different and if he has a long criminal history prior to this he will be gone for a long time.~
