Boogie does not like new dog Enzo?

I got Enzo yesterday.. They previously met when our application got approved at the shelter & got along great. Now that Enzo is home with us Boogie does not like him at all.. Enzo tries to sit next to Boogie and play with him but Boogie growls and nips at him.. When they do play Boogie is rough.. They are both Neutered Male Chihuahua's .. Any advice?
