What does this dream mean?! please help me!?

It's my first year into college and I met this guy and it didn't take long until we became friends, but a few days ago I had this weird dream about him and his friend (another girl), they were driving in his car and they got into an accident, i was watching from afar and I was horrified and I was crying, I came in near and he was laying on the street all bloody and i bent down and kissed him on the lips becuz i felt so sad. I don't think I harbor romantic for him but I'm so confused! what does this mean?!
