After you have introduced Gerber mixed cereal, whats next?

Congrats on moving to the next stage of nutrition Now that you have introduced Gerber mixed cereals and your baby eats them without having any allergies you can introduce Stage 1 jar food. With this you have to only feed one new food per 2-3 days to watch for allergies. Also keep in mind that it can take up 18 trys before you can tell if a baby likes it or not. Don't force feed it also if they spit it out with thier tongue a lot like more than 3 times in a row try later that day or week. Try feeding a stage 1 jar around the same time that you would feed the cereal. Also dont feed from the jar put a small amount into a bowl and put the jar in the fridge. What ever is left in the bowl do not safe because baby's bacteria is now in the food and started the spoiling proccess. GOOD LUCK!
