Lpn work in nutrition?

Just curious my sister is looking for a job working as a nutrition or something to do with nutrition or helping with eating disorders. She has her bachelors in communication and is looking to go back to school. If she were to get her LPN could she do something nutrition realted..or would it be better for her to go back to school to get another degree?
